Living a simple life sometimes feels like a radical act, amidst the hyper-expansion of our modern techno world. The song was born amidst the rising energies of spring in my homelands of Australia in 2022. I had spent several months listening to the ancient heart of country and had a deep sense of the land itself carrying the seed of the New Earth, an impulse of renewal and restoration. The New Earth for me is an affirmation of our belonging within the heart of creation, a return to the essential value and gift of life.
